Adams Academy Membership Criteria:

• Minimum age of 15*

• Member of a National Squad (open or age group), or regional representative (or equivalent) placed in top 10 nationally

• Endorsement by sporting organisation required

• 3 months minimum commitment**

* Younger athletes considered depending on sport and full assessment with S&C coaches required prior to admission

** Full membership members only, minimum 3 consecutive months paid prior to receiving free services

Adams Academy Membership Fees:

$39.40 per week
Minimum 3 sessions per week
Must be paid the month prior, to receive any performance support services.
