Yogalates is a 60 minute exercise class to music for beginners to advanced.
Incorporating tai chi, yoga and Pilates, we use our own body weight, yoga mats and breath to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Ending with a short meditation, the class aims to free the mind for the body to follow, leaving us feeling refreshed, calm and centered.
